How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–6 business days — so the total estimated time from order to door is 5–8 business days.
Where do orders ship from?
We work with trusted international fulfilment partners and ship directly from Asia. Our returns centre is based in London, UK.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Full details are on our Returns page.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Instalments, Klarna, and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@byglondon.com. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing — but you can return it once it arrives.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
